Jeffrey Burke is the founder and lead attorney of the firm. He personally supervises all matters brought into the firm.

Jeffrey Burke was formerly a senior associate attorney at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, LLP (which has become part of DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary) a major international law firm. Jeffrey Burke worked with clients on corporate, tax, insolvency, securities, and intellectual property matters, as well as addressing other business issues. While at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, LLP, Jeffrey Burke successfully completed over $200,000,000 in financial transactions.

Prior to his association with Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich LLP, Jeffrey Burke worked at Arthur Andersen LLP and assisted clients in tax matters ranging from international joint ventures to tax controversy work with local, state, and federal government agencies. He also worked at Hambrecht & Quist LLC in investment banking and had the opportunity to be exposed to numerous corporate transactions.

Jeffrey Burke received his law degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his undergraduate degree in linguistics from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he became fluent in five languages. He has drawn on his international, legal, investment banking and tax consulting background to provide clients with a practical, business focused approach and an emphasis on bottom line results.
